GES PLC 2.2.0

The Ghana Education Service has established Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) as a component of its ongoing professional development strategy. These communities aim to support heads of Kindergarten, Primary, and Junior High Schools, along with curriculum leaders and teachers, in the effective implementation of new curricula. The initiative also incorporates a digital platform that facilitates PLC hour meetings, enabling educators from various schools to engage collaboratively and enhance their professional practice.
